About us
Rug tailoring since 2003
Design, art, and soul beneath your feet.
At Kaymanta, we believe a rug is not just a decorative piece — it's a statement of identity, a handcrafted textile work that brings warmth, balance, and soul into every space. Since 2003, we have been designing and producing luxury handmade rugs for homes, interior design studios, and architectural projects across Europe and the United States.
Our approach is unique: each rug is crafted as a bespoke creation, with precision, care, and deep artistic intention. We call it rug tailoring — a process that blends craftsmanship with personal connection and design excellence.
Artisan tradition meets contemporary innovation
Every Kaymanta rug is entirely handmade by expert artisans using noble materials such as New Zealand wool, bamboo silk, viscose, natural jute, or recycled fibers.
We offer a palette of over 2,000 colors and a wide range of textures, allowing full customization to suit any design vision.
At Kaymanta, innovation and tradition go hand in hand — we embrace contemporary design tools while preserving the artisanal essence of each piece.
Two continents, one identity
Founded by Grace and Claudio Cid, Kaymanta began as a family-run project with roots in both Argentina and Spain.
Today, we operate from Miami and Madrid, with active production and showrooms in both regions. This gives us the ability to serve our clients in the U.S. and Europe with personalized, efficient, and design-driven service.
